I think i know the answer to this question, but is there a way to talk to a human?
My account is blocked and on hold. I have not been active in about 6 years. I started to try and get my account going about a month ago and I have been in this nightmare ever since.

It asks to verify the account. I take a picture of ID front and back and then it goes to selfie mode. Smile, stop smiling. Then error. Some sort of platform error. 10 or so conversations with various support people copying and pasting canned answers providing no real help.

This morning I got a helpful support person on chat who did my video proof, then still cant upload id. It says error processing.

Now it says its out of text messages for the day. So I cant try and get the helpful person again. And the zendesk messages just say Solved.

    jwashburn Once your account is blocked, you cannot speak to a live agent. Otherwise, just type "live agent" and you are good to go, after a few types. I will advise you to use your e-mail to get in contact with support.
