Just wondering - okay, we’re freelancers, and we had a great time in the previous community. I’m sure we’ll have an even better time here.

But where will clients go now with their concerns? That section of the old forum was always pretty active. So, is their only option now the Help Center?🤔

I think there's another question linked to yours. If they can't find any support in Upwork, will they stay in Upwork?

Yes, the help center is the support option now. There were still way more freelancers than clients in the forums and also sometimes clients who posted already had contacted support and just wanted somewhere to vent. There still may be some cases where they have trouble contacting support but hopefully they manage to in the end.
