Vladimir I get good inquiries through LinkedIn and most convert. It's not frequent, but it's no-effort and I would say that I get a good new client with either a large project or ongoing work once every couple of months, and inquiries once a week or so. A lot of those are decent inquiries where the client can't or won't pay my rates, but they are offering rates that are reasonable in the industry, not cheap.
I don't do any active networking on the site (haven't written a post in many years, rarely comment, never do cold outreach), but have focused on building a strong network in my niche, which means I show up high in search when their connections (generally also heavily concentrated in my niche) search.
