Hi everyone, we had a rocky (my connection issue) but strong start to our AMA series!
Big thanks to those members who attended. For those who missed the event, we had an honest conversation about personal expectations for this forum and its goals. This is a work in progress and I hope to have a chance to speak directly with each of you and hear your perspective.
As mentioned in the meeting, this forum isn't about the team maintaining it. It's about building an overall culture that would be inviting to freelancers of all backgrounds, especially those working or interested in Upwork, and support its educational, mentoring, networking, fun-having objectives.
We'll be discussing ways we can achieve those goals and functionalities/features to support them in the upcoming days and weeks.
We'll also be hosting regular forum-focused Wednesday AMA sessions, so stay tuned for future updates!
