I just received an email from Upwork inviting me to do a 60-minute call sharing my feedback about product and experience improvements. Did anyone else get the same email, or have you done this interview before? I'm wondering if it's worth the time or if it's just a wasted hour. Do they actually do anything about the feedback they get?

    Eve I hope they have a great transcription AI to pick out all the important bits of the interview for analysis. Otherwise, they would have to take notes manually. Oh dear. [Note: This is a humorous comment and not intended as advertising.]

      Eve Sounds a lot like one I did about... 2 1/2 years ago?

      I enjoyed getting to talk/ vent, but I mean, "worth the time"?? Nothing at all came of it, except a scheduled call with Hayden that then got cancelled... so not really.

      C'mon, it's Upwork. A little bread & circuses now and then is about all we're allowed to hope for. Something to keep us quiet.

        Vladimir I submitted the initial form just now because you kind of reminded me about it. Haha! We'll see if I get to do the full interview. I'm not a typical Upwork freelancer, so I assume they're looking for people who use the platform more than I do.

              oooh just read this and realize I forgot to respond to my invite! I got this too but have not answered. I think I will answer. I've done a few of these over the years and feel that they do listen.
