If Upwork can tell us that our proposal was declined or viewed, why can't it tell us that the proposal was archived?

ETA: Just got back the extra Connects used for boosting, so my proposal had not been archived by the client.

If the client has archived my proposal, can I still boost.

Conversely, if I am allowed to boost my proposal, does it imply my proposal is not archived?

Finally, if I boost my proposal to any of the first three spots and it was earlier archived, will my proposal become visible again?

@Natasha by editing it if you didn't boost it in the first place! This is from the Edit your Proposal help article: During this time, you can also boost your proposal if you didn’t originally submit the proposal with a boost. You can’t adjust a boost you’ve already submitted.

Ravi Ohh that's a lot of fantasy! Any recs that ended up being published? And are any of your clients independent authors? I'd love to support indy authors.

Ravi I don't think so. To clarify, the edit feature is so new I never got a chance to study it or anything while I was still at Upwork so I know absolutely nothing concrete. This is just my gut feeling.

All the books I copyedited were published.

Some of the authors have published just one or two books, but some have published a hundred or more.
