  • Time for weekly wins! What's your win this week?

  • NO

So far this year I haven't felt very motivated to do much of anything, so I've already worked up a substantial backlog of work I need to get done. On the bright side, I did manage my New Year resolution of taking 2 days off.

Since I didn't get much billable work done, I did some admin work instead. And I closed all my inactive contracts on Upwork. One of my clients left feedback, so I count that as a win. "Eve is a real igaming pro. She understands the industry extremely well and operates at an extremely high level. You can give her an objective and she'll figure out how to make it happen. Will hire again. Thank you Eve!"

All in all, 2025 isn't so bad. Hopefully I'll be a bit more productive next week.

No weekly wins for me. I did however started binge watching Stargate Atlantis and halfway there. When I think about it, that's a win and an awesome one!

Djole That's it!! Take the wins where they are even if they're not quite what we had in mind. For me, reviewing with a mindset to uncover good parts of this week was a win in itself!

JessicaKay Congratulations! I agree reading about good stuff makes the day awesome. Guys we still have 50 more chapters in the book of 2025, we just got started. Stay positive and keep sharpening your skills (or acquire new skills)

This week seems to be going amazing for me. Some wins (and future wins)

    • Renewed my PL-600 (Microsoft Power Platform - Solution Architect) certification.
    • Had great meeting with @Vladimir @JessicaKay in the AMA Community Talk #2
    • One of my previous client reached out to me for new assignment.
    • I am going to run Tata Mumbai Marathon 2025 in the weekend :)

How's the Week#3 treating you all

    A full marathon? Wow, congrats.

josefinathegreat Let me know if I can help you with anything. I will be more then happy to help you. I love guiding people

Ravi Tata Mumbai Marathon is a marquee event. This was my 4 th TMM, overall 12 Full Marathon. I have done 4 Houston Marathons as well, that’s where I started running. So I give credit to my running journey to Houston Texas.

This past week I finally cashed in 4 different payments/checks that were floating somewhere in the air for the last few months... One of which was from an entertainment talent agency that told me "net 120 industry standard" (which hasn't been true for me for 7 years in entertainment but I was lucky, I hear it's quite bad with talent agencies). Also, it turned out they had some reviews by people who never got paid and even a "this is a scam" facebook page (I was hired so last minute for this gig I never checked). I was on their ass this whole time and finally I got paid after 63 days, it definitely feels like a win.. πŸ₯ŠπŸ₯ŠπŸ₯Š Other than that, I shoveled snow for the first time which was cool
