I’m seeking advice regarding an issue with my Upwork account. About a month ago, my account was suspended, but I never received any email or notification from Upwork explaining the reason or providing guidance on how to file a suspension appeal. I was completely in the dark about how to proceed.
When I reached out to Upwork via email to inquire about the suspension, I received a response stating that my account had been permanently banned. I then provided all the necessary evidence and details related to the client I was working with to clarify the situation. However, despite my efforts, Upwork refunded the payment to the client I had been collaborating with.
Since then, I haven’t received any replies to my emails, and I am unable to access or file an appeal through the Upwork support system. Every time I try to view or submit a support request, the platform redirects me back to the homepage, leaving me stuck without any way to resolve the issue.
If anyone has experienced a similar situation or knows how I can escalate this matter, I would be incredibly grateful for your advice and guidance.
