What's going on fellas, we are entering the final leg of 2025, how this year has been so far..

I agree! It's been a bit quiet in here!

2025 is going well for me. I had a sudden and unexpected slowdown of work from an existing client this month, but that just means I have more time to connect with new clients! Three new contracts this month (so far!) and all of the clients have been lovely.

On the flip side, a different existing client has also started sending projects my way again, so that's good! I'm feeling optimistic about the Q4 push and am thinking/hoping that I'll pick up a new long-term client. Fingers crossed!

JessicaKay Great to hear from you. My 2025 is going really well, just closed Fy25-26 Q2, better then my Q1 (india as Apr - Mar financial year cycle). Going great with one of my primary client, he also offered me to help his clients :).

I also partnered with ServiceM8 for their Field Service application and Trade Business. Expecting clients on that side of things.

Now as we enter festive season (both in India and later in US), I am expecting bit of slowdown, but that will be an opportunity to add some skills to my armour.

I'm getting emails from our favourite platform suggesting I learn how to secure repeat projects from clients (since I am good at "communicating"). I have had plenty of repeat orders in the past!!! Of course, I don't expect the AI to know that, but I do feel that it is DEGRADING how they are treating us. A marketplace isn't The Apprentice, you know.
