Today I received a direct message for a job.
Since I can't access the client's information, I tried to create a ticket to get access to their history or to tell me if they have it or not, so they might be a new client. I've done this a couple of times now with no problem.
But... I've been "chatting" with the chatbot, I get it to open a ticket, I write my problem, and it tells me it can't "identify my profile." It asks me to allow cookies, which I do, to clear the cookies, which I do, and then come back.
No way. It keeps telling me the same thing over and over again.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
