Weird Client Stats

So, I received a direct message from a client today, the job looks interesting.

The client has some really weird stats though:

4.95 stars from 103 reviews
204 Hires, 58 active, 5,863 hours
Here's the weird part - $0 total spent

Do y'all think this is just a glitch?

It's possible but I doubt a glitch would affect only one client metric for one or a handful of job posts. I checked and don't see jobs like that in my feed.

I would assume it's an account which is sourcing freelancers for an Enterprise client but there's no way to confirm from our end. If you engage the client you can consider asking them about this disparity, it would be interesting to hear what they say.
