Judging from the comment, this looks like most platforms nowadays. And it doesn't surprise me. Most marketplaces now greet clients with a clever clogs know-it-all artificial 'AI assistant' to help with contractor search. No room left for individual, personal experiences searching a directory or posting an RFP. Who wants to talk to a black-box robot?
