That does look like a separate IDV request. You just need to keep going at it and insist until you find a way to reach support. Unfortunately, there's really no other solution, no one here can help with this.
Tell the chatbot you have a technical issue and that you need to raise a ticket.
Does anyone have any experience with the Upwork API?
Getting interested in it as I'm planning to use it in my project delivery workflows this year. Is it stable, is anyone using it?
